You’re not renting a corner of the studio. You’re getting the space.
Book Boerne Content Studio and use whatever part of the building makes sense for your shoot. Grab one of the sets for a quick talking-head session, move onto the cyc wall, take over the warehouse, or use multiple areas throughout the day.
Lighting and on-site lighting support are included with every rental. Bring your own cameras and crew, or add camera, audio, and additional production support if you need it.
The idea is simple: show up with something to make. We’ll help make the space work for it.

Need a professional place to shoot without turning it into an all-day production?
The 2-hour block is built for talking-head videos, social content, interviews, pickups, and other smaller shoots. Pick the area of the studio that fits what you're making and get to work.

Need more room to build, light, and shoot without committing to a full production day?
The half-day block gives you four hours and access to the entire studio. It’s a good fit for productions using the Cyc wall or warehouse, multiple setups, interviews, product shoots, or crews that need more time to load in, light, and create.

When you need the time to do it right, book the full day.
The full-day rental is built for larger productions, commercial shoots, Cyc wall work, multiple setups, bigger crews, and projects with substantial gear. You have the space and time to load in, build your looks, shoot, reset, and keep moving without racing the clock.

Studio lighting is included, with someone on-site who can help with lighting and gaffing when needed.
Cyc Wall + Warehouse
Need room to go bigger? Use the Cyc wall and open warehouse space for larger setups, crews, products, and equipment.
Hair + Makeup Room
Dedicated space for talent to get ready, change, and stay out of the production area between setups.
Easy Load-In
Ground-level roll-up doors make bringing in cameras, grip equipment, props, sets, and larger gear straightforward.
Production Power
3-phase power is available for productions that need more than standard household circuits.
5GB Internet
Fast 5GB up-and-down internet for uploads, downloads, remote clients, livestreaming, and production workflows.
Parking + Facilities
Off-street parking plus separate men's and women's restrooms and an air-conditioned facility.
